His deep expertise became evident when he correctly diagnosed the issue over the phone based on the error code alone, without even seeing the truck in person. The next day, he confirmed the problem—a faulty injector pigtail—and got it fixed in no time. We were stranded with our truck and a 38-foot RV, and thanks to his quick thinking and efficiency, we were back on the road with minimal downtime. Highly recommend!"
